Terms of Use
What you can expect from PayPartner, and what we ask of you. The full terms will be published before launch.
This website is a marketing site for a product in development. Nothing here is an offer of a financial service, a credit product, or an invitation to open an account.
Status of these terms
PayPartner is being built. The final terms of use will be published before the platform opens to the public, and they will be agreed with you at sign-up rather than imposed afterwards.
Until then, this page sets out the principles that will run through those terms.
What we ask of you
- Be accurate. Information you give us — especially for identity verification — should be truthful.
- Protect your access. Keep your device and credentials secure, and tell us if you think something is wrong.
- Use the platform lawfully. No fraud, no money laundering, no abuse of the marketplace or escrow services.
- Understand the status labels. Capabilities marked as planned, coming later or concept are not yet available.
What you can expect from us
- Clear status. We label what is live, what is being built and what is only a concept.
- Transparent fees. Costs are shown before you confirm a transaction, not after.
- Escrow terms honoured. Funds held in escrow are released against the condition agreed with the other party.
- An explainable trust score. You can see what shaped it and change the inputs that influence it.
- Your data, your call. Disconnect any institution you have linked, and request deletion where we are not required to retain it.
